LARGE RENOVATION PERIOD HOME BUNBURY:

professional in which he handled the construction of the
extension to our home. Through his organisational skills
and effort to communicate we were contacted with regular
updates with what work had been completed and what was scheduled
in coming days and weeks. Lee’s quality of building

ALFRESCO RENOVATION AVOCET ISLAND:
Since the renovation, we have had a wonderful time relaxing
at the home. It is now a place where we all feel safe and
comfortable and is more entertainment friendly. We now have
a wonderful view of the canal, a very usable laundry/bar
room and a neater appearance to the rear of the home
We have had many relaxing BBQ’s with friends utilising
the outdoor entertainment area that has more than double
in size and we hosted a stress free Christmas eve meal for
18 (something we would never have done in the past with the
dangerous steps). The storage area is now hidden away behind
some wonderful wooden concertina gates, making it easier
for Brad to access and Sue and visitors are unafraid of going
down the steps to the canal. Our neighbour absolutely loves
the renovations as before it really was an eyesore, now it
fits in with the other homes in the area.
We have no hesitations in recommending Lee and Makin Homes
to anyone who is considering in renovating their home

ALFRESCO POOL AREA AND GARAGE MEADOW SPRINGS:
We recently completed our contract with Makin Homes to renovate
our home in Meadow Springs. The contract involved demolishing
the existing garage and building a new garage with a northerly
aspect, building a new alfresco area which included an indoor
swimming pool and rendering to the house to completely transform
the home to a modern residence
Lee got involved in the re-design stage and was so helpful
with all the choices we had to make. Lee also suggested variations
to the old design that save us over 12% of our overall budget.
Further during the course of the renovations he provided
advice that ultimately resulted in a fantastic end product.
Lee’s
access to quality trades people is the key to a successful
project; he kept the project safe and clean throughout the
building period
Our neighbours are now asking for his phone number as they
want to get work done by Makin Homes. We would recommend

exceeded any expectations we had prior. From the outset we
felt completely relaxed and comfortable in using your company.
We were always made aware of upcoming workers due at our
premises, those that were here worked within our limits so
we were not put out at all
All your workers I found to be very respectful of us and
our children. I am so pleased with the outcome of our extensions
and would be willing to speak personally to anyone who would
